Booth mode is now available to use for all your events at no extra cost! Give it a shot and please share your feedback with us at any time in the support chat. We will be releasing incremental updates throughout the next few days/weeks based on feedback and additional features we have in mind.

-----------------------------

What is Booth Mode? πŸ“Έ

Booth Mode is essentially a new "feed" for your events. In addition to pulling posts from social media, you will also be able to print photos uploaded on your Virtual Booth.

  • Setup a branded virtual booth micro-site right through the Photoboxx software.

  • Share the link or QR code for users to scan and visit.

  • Users will take their picture, make edits, and upload straight to your event to print and/or display. They can also share their new photo with their friends on social.

  • No social media or app required! Works on mobile or desktop!

How Do I Get Started? βœ…

  • If you don't currently have beta access, please contact us using the chat and we can add you to the beta list! (doesn't cost anything)

  • You can start a new event or add it to an existing event now!

  • Add a new "Feed" and choose Booth Mode.

  • You can set up your booth access and customize the booth web page branding and then save your booth.

  • Visit the live public facing page by visiting the access link or scanning the QR code.

What Feedback Can I Give? πŸ“‹

We are looking for all feedback, good and bad. Specifically, please let us know your experience with:

  • The setup process. Is it simple and clear? What is frustrating? What is helpful?

  • The booth mode public facing page. Is the workflow process easy to understand and upload a photo? Start Page > Camera > Review > Share. Is there enough information? Are there any bugs? Does anything look funky?

Any ideas for additional features? A few features we plan to add in the near future:

  • Lead capture with forms. Get users to input their email or phone number to submit a photo.

  • Printable instructions cards on demand for booth mode with the QR code.

  • Photo editing and filters. Add overlays, background replacements, filters and more to the user's photos.

  • Analytics. How many photos were uploaded grouped by IP address. How many were shared, etc.

  • Public gallery. Allow your event to be seen publicly with all booth mode photos and social photos!
