Not Connecting over LTE?

This could be for a few different reasons:

  • (most common) - the LTE signal in the area is not strong enough to connect to internet. Try moving to a different location.

  • The LTE service for your device is turned off due to a previous membership cancellation and needs to be reactivated. Contact support if you believe this is the issue.

  • (rare, but possible) The LTE module is damaged or malfunctioned on the device and needs repaired. Contact support if you believe this is the issue.

  • The most likely fix is to try to connect to a WIFI network or a hard-wired Ethernet connection.

Troubleshooting Steps for connecting to Wifi or Hotspot

  1. Unplug the Photoboxx from power

  2. Replug into power

  3. Force close your Photoboxx app and reopen it.

  4. Login and click "manage devices"

  5. Click "choose wifi network"

  6. Choose the wireless network you want and type in the password
(recommend using a mobile hotspot device)
