Not Connecting over LTE?
This could be for a few different reasons:
(most common) - the LTE signal in the area is not strong enough to connect to internet. Try moving to a different location.
The LTE service for your device is turned off due to a previous membership cancellation and needs to be reactivated. Contact support if you believe this is the issue.
(rare, but possible) The LTE module is damaged or malfunctioned on the device and needs repaired. Contact support if you believe this is the issue.
The most likely fix is to try to connect to a WIFI network or a hard-wired Ethernet connection.
