What is Virtual Booth? πΈ
Virtual Booth is essentially a new "feed" for your events. In addition to pulling posts from social media, you will also be able to print photos uploaded on your Virtual Booth.
Setup a branded virtual booth micro-site right through the Photoboxx software.
Share the link or QR code for guests to scan and visit.
Participants will take their picture, make edits, and upload straight to your event to print and/or display. They can also share their new photo with their friends on social.
No social media or app required! Works on mobile or desktop!
Once guests gain access to the virtual booth, they can use their phone or computer to take a photo, upload it, and share it!
To start, you first need to create, customize, and share your event with guests. Once participants gain access, here's what they can expect...
1. Start page
Participants first land on a custom start page, where they can learn more about your event and consent to having their photo uploaded. This page is fully customizable to match your branding.
2. Taking Pictures
Camera permissions must be granted the first time the booth is opened on a browser and your guest wants to take a new photo.
Participants can snap a selfie with a countdown timer, flip the camera, or choose to upload an image from their photo library.
3. Looks good!
Participants check to make sure their photo is good before they submit. They can easily try again or upload to print!
4. Saving & Sharing
The final step is to save and/or share their picture to social media! Once the upload makes it to your event, participants can choose from various sharing options or a download button. Their photo will automatically print on-site if you have live printing enabled.
